The company, with headquarters in Castellbilbal, Spain, is engaged in the manufacture of White Lined Chipboard (WLC) based on recycled fibers. It was founded in 1964. The company's product is made from recovered paper such as white waste, newspapers, magazines, telephone directories, household collection and tetrabricks. The company has production sites located in Finland, Germany, and Sweden. It distributes its products mainly in Spain, as well as, in Portugal, France and Italy. The company is globally owned and controlled by Finland-based Stora Enso OYJ, a paper and board manufacturer in Europe and a paper and board manufacturer. It operates in six segments including publication paper, fine paper, merchants, packaging boards, wood products and wood supply; and produce magazine paper, newsprint, graphic (coated) fine paper and office (uncoated) fine paper.
